Sprouts for Learning promotes literacy, creativity, and cross-cultural understanding. Our initiatives include volunteer-driven worksheets, illustrated books, and cultural exchange programs that help students worldwide experience the joy of learning.
We have high school students who help teach elementary school children English in local libraries. The high school students prepare fun games, read children stories, prepare worksheets, and activities for students to learn English in an easy and fun way. The high school students also converse with the children in English, helping them learn English authentically.
Sprouts for Learning also helps make fun and colorful worksheets to help supplement students’ learning. The educational materials team creates worksheets tailored to fit Sprouts’ partner organizations’ and the children’s needs. The worksheets cover a wide range of topics, from reading, writing, grammar, numeracy, algebra, and more!
Our books not only provide beautiful illustrations but also captivating stories for young readers. Each book is designed and illustrated by Sprouts members to inspire creativity and enhance literacy for children across different cultures.
At Sprouts for Learning, we believe that education extends beyond books. Through cultural exchange sessions, children experience the diversity of languages, traditions, and art from around the world — fostering empathy and global citizenship.
